Do I Have to Pay for Shipping?

Pinig offers free shipping on all orders across India. You just have to pay for the tablet and wait for your order to arrive. If you have specific shipping related notes, make sure you mention them in the Notes section in Checkout. In case your shipping address is outside India, charges will apply according to the location.

When Will My Order Arrive?

If the shipping address mentioned by you is within India, your Pinig tablet should be delivered within 10 days from the date you confirmed the order. If you want the tablet to be delivered outside India, the time of delivery will depend on the location.

How Can I Track the Order?

You can track your order using Track My Order page. To know the status of your order, you need to enter the Shipment No. available on the invoice mailed to you. Usually, the order statuses are updated at every leg of processing and shipping so that you always have a clear idea.

You order status can be Pending, Processing, Shipped or Completed.

  • Pending Order: For all Cash-on-Delivery orders, we make a call on the provided number in order to confirm the details. For pending orders, the call is yet to be made. The confirmation call is, usually, made within 24 hours of placing the order via cash-on-delivery.
  • Processing Order: For orders made via credit cards, debit cards and net banking, a processing status means that the order is being prepared to be shipped. For cash-on-delivery orders, processing status means that the order has been confirmed and will be shipped soon.
  • Shipped Order: It means that your Pinig tab has begun its journey to the shipping address provided by you. It usually takes about 10 working days to get delivered. You may see one of four statuses during this transition period.
    • Stock Available at Location: This means that your Pinig tab has been collected by our logistics partner.
    • Out for Delivery: This means that your Pinig tab is travelling from the city of our warehouse to the city where you need to receive it.
    • In Transit: This means that your Pinig tab has reached your city, and is on its way to the specific address where you want it delivered.
    • Delivered / Failed: Delivered means that you have received your Pinig tab. Failed means that the Pinig tab reached your shipping address, but there was no one there to accept the delivery.
  • Completed: This means that your order has been successfully delivered and you’re already enjoying the lovely piece of technology called Pinig tab.

Where to Find the Tracking Number for my Order?

You can find the Tracking or Shipment number in the invoice that has been mailed to you after successful purchase. The system sends the invoice to the email ID that you have used while purchasing the product.

Can I Return the Order if the Device Doesn’t Work?

To protect the rights of our consumers, all Pinig products are secured by warranty coverage. If you find the tab not as per specifications, you can get it replaced at no extra cost.
