Is There a Free Return Policy?
Yes, we have a 7-day return policy, no questions asked. Here's what you need to know to return the tablet and get a complete refund:
- Contact us at support@pinig.com and we will schedule a pickup of the tablet. We do not charge you anything for this service.
- The funds will be transferred back to you within 10 days of us receiving the tablet.
- Please keep the box, accessories, manuals and tablet carefully. In case of damages, the value of the damaged items will be deducted from the funds returned.
- When returning the tablet, please pack it with the same level of protection the package had when you received the tablet, to prevent in-transit damages.
What is the Warranty Coverage?
There is a one-year warranty coverage for manufacturing defects in the tablet, and a six-month warranty coverage for the battery, charger and/or other accessories included in the box. Please note that the warranty coverage will lapse if a fault in the tablet or its accessories has been caused by manhandling or mishandling.
What Happens if My Child Damages the Tablet?
In case your child drops and breaks the screen or causes some other damage, this process will be followed:
- Please send an email to support@pinig.com and we will schedule a pickup of the tablet. We do not charge you anything for this service.
- When sending the tablet, please pack it with the same level of protection the package had when you received the tablet, to prevent in-transit damages.
- Our technicians will evaluate the extent of the damage. This can take up to 5 business days of receiving the tablet.
- We will provide a quote for repairing the damages.
- Our technicians will repair the tablet only after you approve the quote.
- The tablet will be shipped back to you. We do not charge you for shipping.
