Pinig tablets are different from the regular tablets available in the market because they are customized. They are much more than just a tablet. What you purchase is a package – a tablet plus several apps that have been selected for you. Moreover, even after the customization, Pinig tablets are available at highly competitive prices. The prices are comparable with the prices at which non-customized tablets are available in the market.

When you buy a tablet, you’re really excited to use it. But hang on just a minute! Your latest fancy purchase is NOT ready for YOU. That’s because it’s an empty piece of hardware. So, when you choose a Pinig tablet, you will receive some “default” apps. These apps have already been chosen for you and will be available to you to use. These are different from the “optional” apps, which are those apps that have been identified for you, but are not included in the package unless you specifically choose them. The “optional” apps segment has several apps that are free and others that you will need to pay for.
Do I Have to Pay for Apps Additionally?
You do NOT need to pay additionally for default apps. There are some optional apps. These could either be free or paid.
Can I Choose Some Additional Apps to be Included in the Tablet?
Of course, you can. When you choose a Pinig tablet, you will receive some “default” apps. These apps have already been chosen for you. We have also identified some “optional” apps. There are two categories of apps in the “optional” apps segment. Some are free apps, while the others are paid apps. You can choose any number of apps from these categories to be included in your package.
What's the Procedure to Order a Tablet?
It’s really easy to order a tablet from this website. Click on the Order Now button. You can add some “optional apps” to the tablet package if you wish. What are the Payments Options?

What is the Estimated Time of Delivery?
Your Pinig tablet should be delivered to the address mentioned by you while purchasing within 10 days from the date you confirmed the order.
How Will I Get the Apps that are Available with my Product?
When you received your Pinig tablet, some of the apps will be preinstalled. So, you will already have access to them. There are others that we have chosen for you, which are included in the Pinig tablet package. For access to these apps, all you need to do is to follow three steps: 1. Before using your tablet for the first time, the battery must be put to charge for at least 4 hours. Use the power adopter to charge the tablet. 2. Set Up the Wi-Fi to Connect to the Internet 3. Connect to the Pinig App – Open the Pinig App and enter your username and password and the tablet serial number. The Pinig App will need anywhere between 15 minutes to 2 hours to install all the apps that have been pre-selected for you or that you have opted for while purchasing the tablet.
Can I Change My App Bundle After Purchase?
You can add or remove apps from your tablet just like you would do on any other Android device. However, we strongly recommend that you log onto the My Account section of this website to add or remove apps. You can log on by entering your username, password and tablet serial number. You can add apps from the list of “optional” apps. Some of these apps are free and some are paid apps. You can select the ones you wish to include on your tablet, add to cart and complete the process. You can also place requests for apps that are not already available in our list.
Is it Possible to Return an Order if I Don’t Like It?
If there is a manufacturing defect in the Pinig tablet you have purchased, we are happy to address the issue(s). Please contact us at support@pinig.com, with your name, your contact details, your order ID and a scanned copy of your invoice.
What is the Warranty Coverage?
There is a one-year warranty coverage for manufacturing defects in the tablet, applicable from the date of purchase. The accessories provided carry a limited warranty for a period of six months from the date of purchase. Batteries are consumable accessories and carry a warranty of six months. The warranty is confined to the first purchaser of the product only and is not transferable. Please note that the warranty coverage will lapse if a fault in the tablet or its accessories has been caused by manhandling or mishandling during usage.
What will be Considered as the Proof of Warranty?
The Pinig Tech invoice received by you when you took the delivery of the tablet will be considered as the proof of warranty. So, please keep the invoice carefully.
