You can initiate a cancellation request for an ordered tablet only if the Shipping Status of the order is “Processing”. Under this circumstance, you can write to firstname.lastname@example.org
with your name, Order Id and raise a cancellation request. The order will be cancelled within 4 hours, no questions asked.
Refund for Cancellations:
The amount paid for the cancelled order will be remitted to the respective mode of payment within 15 days. In case, the refund is not visible in your account within 15 days, please feel free to contact Pinig Support Team at email@example.com

If the status of the order has been changed to “Shipped”, cancellation request will not be entertained. In such a circumstance, you can return a tablet only if there is a warranty breach.
The returns policy is limited to the scope of warranty coverage. The tablet has a warranty period of a year, while the accessories have warranty for six months. If there is a manufacturing defect in the Pinig tablet you have purchased or if the delivered product is not found as per the specifications mentioned on the website, we are happy to address the issue(s). This includes a situation in which the tablet has got damaged while shipping.
